If the app is not installed, try downloading the Special Design after installing the FES Closet app from the App Store or Google Play Store.If the app is already installed, please press the Download button on the exclusive Special Design page after reading through the following steps. The app will start. Please add your Special Design according to the procedure.
What should I do if download procedure from the app does not complete?
Please check the network connection and reboot the app. Then, access to Special Design Exclusive page and start over from top page. If failed several times, please inquire via " Other Inquiries ".
How many times can I download the Special Design?
Only once. If the download fails, please try it again.
Can I use the Special Design again after uninstalling the app?
No, you are not able to use the Special Design without the app.
